help Does hp elitebook 8460p compatible for Catalina?

want to install catalina at my old Laptop hp elitebook 8460p. (pro-core i5 3rd gen,ram-4gb,Hdd-250GB)

what will be bios settings and what is the clover configuration?

i tried with my previous catalina stick(Dell 7359 successfully installed), but not detected usb or clover boot at HP.

in clover i selected-

*Clover for UEFI Booting Only

*Install clover in the ESP

*UEFI Driver

 *Recommended Drivers> all

 *File system Driver> APFSdriverloder ,VboxHPFS

 * Memory Fix Driver> AptionMemoryFix

 *Additional Driver> PartitionDXE

In bios-

Fast Boot> Disable, UEFI Boot Mode> Enable, Sata Device Mode>AHCI, Virtualisation>Disable, Virtualisation I/O>Disable, Intel HT Technology>Disable

 

But still no boot. What is the solution?
