u can replace folder, kexts, drivers, etc inside image

I had the same problem. After booting with ballena mojave, i installed a virtual machine with another iso in w10 to modify the booteable USB. With the ESP mounter, in the virtual machine, i was able to load the correct EFI folder to the USB. And after that, it runned the USB with mojave  in my optiplex 7040
