Snovich Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 (edited) Hi i tried and use DSDT editor and patches and have no luck to get sleep. I have no bios option to enable S3. I'm not using nullCpm( i have speedstep, using imac 12,2) and sleepenabler(if i use sleepEnabler i get KP). Can anybody help me edit DSDT? OS: MAc os: 10.6.8 Mobo: Asus P8h67 rev 3.0 CPU: i7 2600 (no K) MEMORY: 4gb ddr3 1333Mhz RAm kingston G. CARD: Gigabyte GeForce 8400 GS everything is working fine ,except SHUTDOWN/SLEEP. When i put computer in sleep, computer sleep for 1 sec then wake up but then again go to sleep. this is looping cca. 5 times (screen is not working when tries to wake). Then computer is running but no sound/screen/keyboard shortcuts. When i put computer in shoutdown, sleep for 2 secs than wake up and restart. anyone can help? Cassio Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 I saw other people with this mobo and the same problem, but no one figured it out. Do you see any "wake reason" in /var/log/kernel.log? -Guides and Tutorials HERE -Hackintosh Tutorial Database - HERE -The largest EFI folder collection for Hackintosh HERE -Support Olarila Vanilla Hackintosh by making a donation HERE -Professional Consulting for macOS Hackintosh since 2006 HERE

Snovich Posted January 24, 2012 Author Posted January 24, 2012 I tried patched dsdt from here: http://www.tonycrapx86.com/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=22528 . (When put computer in sleep-led is blinking, i dont know which patches were used) Ok I managed to get shutdown correctly- You must disable all usb3 support. (But seems that Mac find USB high-speed bus) And When i put computer in sleep didn't wake up automatically. But when i tried to wake up, did wake with no screen support and usb... i look to the wake reason, seems the same...no reasons. i also tried ubuntu 11.10, and the problem is the same like in mac os. Asus said that bios is in suspend mode s3/s4.
