"Still waiting for root device" (Clevo W230SD)

I tried to boot on my netbook the Olarila's High Sierra install disk following this guide https://Olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=8685.

This is what happens

This is what I tried\did:

• Follow the guide

• Change all the USB3 and the only one USB2 that I have

• Check that I had my SATA deviced set to AHCI

• (on BIOS) Disable Intel Fastboot technology

• (on BIOS) Disable Graphic Scaling

 

What should I do?

I wrote that I tried. The results are the same (literally no difference)

I tried both High Sierra and Mojave, with different USB sticks. Same error, similar screens.

The recurrent pattern (I think) is the incapability of power up USB ports, or at least the "insufficient power to enable this port" on both the OS

I'm not sure I got this.

Do you mean disabling the "USB Injection" option in the installer?

I tried but nothing changed... Same errors, same screen as the screenshot.

Also what is an EC device name?

Sorry for the silly questions but I have no experience with hackintosh.
