* Mac OS X 10.7.2 / Windows 7

I tried insert in my working DSDT patch (attached dsdt), but no changes were seen

Hy, i can't install the kext, I've tried the dsdt but no results. Can anyone help me please? i have installed Mac Os X Lion on a Fujitsu Amilo Pi 3560 whit Realtek ALC272 @ Intel82801IB ICH9-High Definition Audio Controller all other components are working except for the sound. Please help me.
