Help with enabling Nvidia GTX 1050 on HP Omen laptop

I've been trying to get this to work for about a week now, I want to use my Nvidia card instead of the intel card because all of my games are lagging like crazy. I have no BIOS option to enable or disable the GPUs either. In fact, the BIOS is extremely limited. I tried a bunch of kexts, tried a bunch of Clover graphics settings, nothing is working. If you need more information, just reply and tell me. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: It's on High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G2208). And the Nvidia GPU doesn't show up, only the Intel one.
