plz , guide me which version OS is suitable for my computer , my computer configuration is given below.

CPU----------------------------- Intel core 2 duo 2.93 GHz processor

mother board----------------- Asus P5G41T-MLX

GPU ---------------------------- Radeon Hd 5450 (2Gb ddr3 Graphics card)

ram ---------------------------- 4Gb ddr3

as per Intel chart core 2 duo 2.93 GHz E7500 processor supports SSE4
