Can't Boot Into Installer

I've been trying to get SEVERAL ways of hackintosh to load, but i never get passed the good ole black and white KP mode.

I am trying to install 10.13 image on a computer with the following specs.

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad (Q8200)

GPU: Nvidia 9500GT

MoBo: Pegatron Benicia Board

RAM: 8gb

I followed the guide listed here but still am getting an error. (Going to try to get a SS but i does move rather fast!)
