I can't boot without WEG after update to 10.14.5. After the loading screen monitor goes to sleep. I checked on verbose but it didn't stuck anywhere after finished the verbose monitor going to sleep. Do you know what caused this?

Yesterday I upgraded by Live USB, because my wifi dongle stopped working, so I am waiting for a new dongle.

Update was fine, although in the middle of update it caused some error, but after restart the udpate was finished :) At least I see 10.14.5 in the system info.

Just one issue, Clover does not show the former MacOS entry, just some "Boot FileVault Prebooter from Preboot", but it boots the system fine :)

When I Download and run 10.14.5 installation I can't get passed the Clover Boot Window, System Restarts

I have never had this problem when upgrading the last 3 years

Any ideas?

I am currently running 10.14.5 beta. It was the first time I had been on any Beta version of MacOS but I needed it to support the SMBIOS (imac19,1) that I'm running.

Does anyone know the proper procedure to update to 10.14.5 release from 10.14.5 beta? I just tried the system update and it appears that I'm still on the Beta.

When it shut down, it came back and tried to run the Mojave install pre-boot. I let that happen and it just seems to have gotten stuck. Then I reset it and tried Mojave Install selection on Clover. Same thing.

thanks for any assistance.

Thanks, I had done that but I guess I didn't wait long enough when it seemed to freeze up at the apple screen with some pixel distortion at the top of the screen. This time I let it sit for awhile and it finally changed screens and showed an update progress bar.
