AR/QCA9565 wifi not working

hi i'm trying to make my qualcomm QCA9565 wifi to work on 10.14.4 my desktop is too far away for a hard wire connection i had no problem on HS using the wifi but Mojave is different what kext do i need to install and where to get my qca9565 working?

tried that I KP'd also is there a program (free perfered) to read/extract files from apfs? from windows?
