Intel uhd 630 graphics not working on mojave

Hi guys,

I just need your help . I installed mojave on my computer with spec

Gigabyte b360m d3h and core i3 8100. I dont have external gpu at the moment. On my config.plist when I inject a correct device id and boot it, the os detected my gpu. After detecting my screen goes to sleep but cpu still work and when I check using a teamviewer my system still works. Please refer to my screen shots below
