Do you have a complete guide for beginner? i tried to follow this installation guide and did the post installation, but the iGPU Intel HD 620 still didn't detected (the VRAM showed only 4mb) and the refresh rate is not 60Hz.  Another problem is, always need config2 on clover config in order to make clover boot the macos, but after installed the clover in EFI, there is only 1 config file, and it was not config2.  I am still waiting for patched DSDT.

I also don't understand you said about "Mandatory Files: Lilu and WhateverGreen kexts" on [Guide] Mobile Intel HD Graphics / Clover or Opencore thread, thats why i need beginner guide. Thank you

I'm sorry this is my first time on hackintosh, more confusing than GNU/Linux installation.

Okay......update the EFI are on the laptop where would I find the files and kexts...is it on your site?

Hello everyone! I installed following this guide Catalina version, using clover 5122. Now to upgrade to big sur i need to upgrade clover to version 5126. Will my current efi work? Or do I have to change something in my config.plist?

If I try to update the version of Clover it tells me that it is not compatible with my MacOS version...

Good afternoon! Is that guide still useful to install BigSur? It helped me to install Catalina with Clover 5119, but now with all the Clover changes I don't know if there is anything else to do in addition to what the guide says ...

Hi there, thanks for the effort on sharing all the stuff around here.

I'm starting on the hackintosh land.

I'm stuck on the burning USB stick step.

USB drive is properly formatted:


Tested with 16GB stick and 32GB stick:

 

Got the same error message:

 

The MD5 is also checked:

MD5 (Olarila BigSur.raw) = 66c7b15ec1d0f0d4efc84e920be3ece7

Am I missing something?
