onemanosx
[ref]broadw3ll[/ref], Check if you have brightness slider in System Preferences>Display. You have 2 backlight injector kexts, use only one or test without. Experiment. For your trackpad, go to dev site and post your issues. Include troubleshooting files as described HERE or You can try ApplePS2SmartTouchpad.kext For USB you can do SSDT or follow HERE for quick solution. For battery, follow this guide https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-ACPI-Battery-Driver. Solving this will make trackpad settings appear. broadw3ll
in the brightness thing I have checked with detail the info and now the only thing that isn't working for me is this patch --Scope (_SB) { Device (PNLF) { Name (_ADR, Zero) // _ADR: Address Name (_HID, EisaId ("APP0002")) // _HID: Hardware ID Name (_CID, "backlight") // _CID: Compatible ID Name (_UID, 0x0A) // _UID: Unique ID Name (_STA, 0x0B) // _STA: Status } }-- they suggested thad patch but when I try yo apply it just keep the Button in gray... I have found a pretty similar in the code in my code; --Device (PNLF) { Name (_ADR, Zero) // _ADR: Address Name (_HID, EisaId ("APP0002")) // _HID: Hardware ID Name (_CID, "backlight") // _CID: Compatible ID Name (_UID, 0x0A) // _UID: Unique ID Name (_STA, 0x0B) // _STA: Status Method (_DSM, 4, NotSerialized) // _DSM: Device-Specific Method { If (LEqual (Arg2, Zero)) { Return (Buffer (One) { 0x03 }) }-- do ia have to change anything about it ? broadw3ll
I have also tried to enable the hdmi audio but when I run this command I got this error its from this guide: https://github.com/toleda/audio_CloverHDMI/blob/master/audio_cloverHDMI-140.command.zip
onemanosx
[ref]broadw3ll[/ref], I think the bulk of the guides for hackintosh are based on intelHD graphics. Since, you are using one of those pascal graphics, you may need to look further than the regular guides. I have no experience with such laptop like yours. broadw3ll
Yes!!! Bro but I'm still facing problems with the Nvidia buildin panel brightness, also I have discovered by searching and trying than the HDMI audio isn't supported, only it's supported with DP. So I if you know anything or suggest about the brightness I would be glad if heard it
