doze Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 I suppose some people know this problem. I search over the web and the solution are : 1. removing the kext..... (but i need my firewire...) 2. Some tools are made by the Brand himself,Ricoh, but the Firewire chip on the motherboard don't have have any eeprom... 3. The GUID is probably in the Bios (InsydeH20) but i found only 2 tools for setting serial number and UUID,Asset tag,etc... (i have a sticker on the mobo with the Firewire GUID) HOW To solve this problem ? without buying a firewire expresscard , of course... PS: if someone known a tool or a tip to read the GUID under Windows ! COOL !
