looking for help setting up

hi all,

just need some helping getting everything working

My system is

cpu: i7 2600k

motherboard: asrock extreme 4 z68

ram: ddr 1600mhz corsiar

gfx card: gtx 580 1.5gb

hard drive: western d, 500gb sata

my ethernet card in built in motherboard and that is a boardcom netlink gigabit Ethernet

my wireless card is a netgear 108mbps wireless pci adapter WG311T

i've had it running on it fine, but couldnt play video, and had no network or wirelss working,

any help will be greatly thanked
