boot from USB A problem appears

When used (-x) safe mode I can login to the Mac Only

• My Computer Specifications :
  
  HP 280 G2 MT (non-legacy)
  
  CPU : Intel® Core™ i3-6100 Processor
  
  internal GPU : Intel® HD Graphics 530
  
  external GPU : ati radeon 3450
  
  Intel H110 Chipset
  
  RAM : 8G DDR4

 

Also I used internal GPU : Intel® HD Graphics 530 only Tested using inject intel & Without using inject intel The same problem
