rajkhand
I have cloned my High Sierra Hackintosh to an external HDD. If I Fresh install Mojave on my SSD, is there a method to copy everything from my High Sierra cloned drive to Mojave drive EXCEPT the High Sierra system files? Or A way to upgrade to Mojave on the cloned drive I have created the High Sierra cloned drive using Carbon Copy Cloner 5. Thanks

MikeWaschington
Apologies for my delayed response; life's been a bit hectic lately. I totally understand your situation with the High Sierra to Mojave upgrade. I'm a fellow Hackintosh enthusiast, and I've had my fair share of adventures with OS updates too. When I upgraded to Mojave, I decided to fresh install on my SSD and manually transfer the data I needed from the cloned High Sierra drive. It took some time, but it allowed me to be more selective about what I wanted to keep. Also, I found some info about the CCC online test, which you might find helpful. I'm always on the lookout for handy tools that can make the process smoother. I wonder if you can find some info about it.
