Hi guys

I am from Germany.Can someone help me please.I have an Acer S7 with Waterdamage.Its charged the Battery succesfull , but it wont boot.I checked the VCC_CORE , but its 0V.The VIN of the CPU Regulator is about 18,5V.I have the Schematic and the brd.Can someone please tell me what I should check first.
