Trouble with new Radeon RX 560 Graphics Card

Hi,

I have Mojave 10.14 installed on the following system:

Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3

i7 2600k SandyBridge CPU

16GB memory

Patriot Torch LE 240SSD

I had the following graphics card:

AMD Radeon HD6870 (GV-R6870C-1GB)

But I wanted to upgrade it to a better performing card, so I just picked up:

Gigabyte AMD Radeon RX 560 4GB

(GV-RX560GAMING OC-4GD

I swapped out the old with the new, but now Mojave is only recognizing RX 560 with 3MB and will not detect my display(s) or the proper resolutions. SwitchResX doesn't offer any options either.

Would anyone know how to update my system correctly to my new GPU?

Thanks in advance!

I know. I was trying to purchase a card that was a known working graphics card OOB. Is it maybe because I installed using dosdudes patched installation from an old card and now with the new card it shouldn't need all the patches?

So, the clover file you attached, just replace my other clover folder in the EFI volume and restart?

try create a vanilla installer, but use iMac13 smbios

Not sure how to create a vanilla installer...can you recommend a tutorial vid or link?

Oh, do you mean just use the regular Olarila installer for Mojave? Start over as a new install?

where do I change to iMac13? Selecting 'o' on the installer just takes me to the SMBIOS with s/n, board id, etc...I would not know what to change on this screen. Or am I looking at the wrong area?

I changed product name and board version to 13,2 but now the installer just hangs at a grey screen once those changes are made.

Should I only change product name to 13,2 and leave board version at 12,2?

Thank you so VERY much! I applied the new DSDT, ran RepairPermissions script, and rebooted. The only issue seems to be system report showing this as 12,2 instead of the 13,2 that was used to install Mojave...

Sound works, Video works, DVD codecs work, and I no longer need to use SwitchResX with the new video card. Dual monitors working and showing proper memory. All in all it seems to be a successful install! With your help, which is greatly appreciated! :guitar
