sound and boot problem

hello!

I have installed high Sierra. to install it I have to format all disk with live usb Debian and use gparted to set Mac partition scheme.. then installer have work. now sound and boot still not working as it should..

now for booting iam using usb installer stick and for sound am not sure how to continue.

"in /System/Library/Extensions I have only AppleHDA.kext but AppleHDAController.kext and AppleHDAHardwareConfigDriver.kext are missing. " this have found by viewing AppleHDA.kext in plugins directory.!

have replaced clover and restarted but same it stuck with some Intel console thing and last line is DHCP: *.. if screenshot help can make it. sound can't fix too.. have tried AppleHDAPatcher with AppleALC-master -> resources -> dir: CX20724 and restart and didn't work too..

and another thing that is not related with topic but maybe you know something.. for publishing apple app you need iPhone to manage two factor authentication?

You can not use both methods, either use AppleHDA Patcher or AppleALC, never both or this will result in never having your Audio working.

now have fixed boot with mounting EFI partition to some directory and then copy directory from system partition /EFI/boot to EFI partition and clover too it was missing..

but your clover stuck on loading last thing is VoodooPS2Controler. clover from installation CD works..

and sound still not working. have tried copy AppleALC.kext to partition EFI to CLOVER/kexts/Other/.. and don't help..

If you have a boot error, please use -v debug=0x100 boot arg, take a photo and post here.

Are you using InjectKexts as Yes in your config.plist?

Did you repair the disk permissions?

boot is working with clover from installation cd 10.13.6 but with clover that MaldOn have uploaded is kernel panic but screen get unviewable so photo don't help..

these .kext files should have permissions as

chmod -R 755

chown -R root:wheel ?

No. Just make sure that this AppleHDA are not a patched version, but the original = Without patches

I think because dates are same of all files its not modified? I have trying to modify some things but think this is original of HDA.. when have modifying it before have made copy to desktop and later have copy it back.. maybe have move it because if u copy it dates change..?

iam not sure any more but before there was some files already. I have use clover installer and don't know if more things.. if I use HS installer and install over(with out erasing disk) its all original?

Yes. But is not necessary, just check the folder, take a screenshot and post here.

I think because dates are same of all files its not modified? I have trying to modify some things but think this is original of HDA.. when have modifying it before have made copy to desktop and later have copy it back.. maybe have move it because if u copy it dates change..?

Install AppleHDA.kext in System/Library/Extensions.

rebuild caches and repair permissions.

have downloaded and moved AppleHDA to /S/L/E then have run kext utility and restart and still no sound. when os is loading something writes about AppleALC but goes trough too fast. is anywhere loged what is written on startup?

Audio HDA (addr:0x1F0003) setting specified layout-id=1 (0x1)

on this page for layout-id it says something about 3 and 13?

Mirone: have tried but looks the same

now have try to change layout-id with clover configuratior from 1 to 3 but same.. and in settings -> sound there is even no device found what about hearing anything..

If you want to follow other processes or other people feel free to do so, if you want to follow my methods I suggest you do what I tell you if I can not help you.

follow these steps:

1- Delete AppleALC.kext or similar from your EFI / CLOVER / KEXTS folder

2- Replace current config.plist to attached

3- Copy AppleHDA.kext and CX20724.kext to System / Library / Extensions

4- Copy the RepairPermissions folder to your desktop and run Repair.command (two clicks on the file)
