OK cool.

That's kinda what I figured.

Both these are sleeping like babies and running really well! :D

The full patch thing is really great!

Less dependency on clover and fewer kexts has gotta be better.

ye, the best is it, we need use clover only for boot and minimum non-mandatory kexts xD

Hi MaLdOn,

I have seen what beautiful job you have done with Z370 HD3 board.

Can you do something similar with my Z370 Gaming 3 board. I am running OS 10.13.5 and will wait for 10.14 release.

Also please tel me what kexts I need after using your new DSDT and check my config.plist file.

I tried with iMac pro 1.1 SMBIOS but I get black screen. With iMac 18,3 everything is working.

Thank you for your help.

Regards, Dragan

Send me Z370 Gaming3.zip

MaLdOn,

I saw that and it was the reason for asking for full vanilla DSDT. Understand that you need time foe it and I am appreciating you work and help.

Discovered a few interesting things regarding SmBios.

iMacPro1.1 actually gets HDMI audio working on Kaby Lake i7 7700k with internal Intel 630 GFX but still reboots when waking from sleep.

Coffee Lake i7 8700k works fully using internal GFX and even sleep works fine on iMacPro1.1.

Not the easiest smbios to get a Radeon working though!

I had to revert to iMac18.3 to not accelerate into a black screen.

iMacPro1.1 SmBios (using a test drive on different setups)

On Kaby Lake (i7 7700k), HDMI audio needs IntelGraphicsFixup kext to work but system will boot fine without that kext and with no Intel injection.

(Because of the changes in hardware configuration, this is using a non, full patch DSDT by MaLd0n)

On Coffee Lake (i7 8700k), HDMI audio doesn't even need that kext to work.

(Same deal regarding DSDT)

So, the Coffee Lake i7's are a great way to build a very stripped down, simple, but fast as hell, system :)

Also the best bet if you don't want or need a graphics card and still want sleep and HDMI to work.

I could never get HDMI audio working on the H270 HD3 using Intel HD 630 gfx using any platform id on iMac18,3 smbios.

I tried every possible method I could think of, including 59120000.

I just had a hunch to check out iMacPro1,1 and, for the very first time, there it was :)

It worked great on 10.13.5 with no injection but went away after removing IntelGraphicsFixup kext.

I added the kext back in and there it was again.

I was just testing things with different combinations of gfx cards, etc.

Both systems are now back on their proper drives with the H270 back on AMD RX560 and the Z370 on internal gfx running the full patch DSDT's you did.

Running great!

My conclusion is that iMac18,3 is best for running AMD RX5xx and iMacPro1,1 is best for internal gfx.

Hi MaLdOn,

When I start using full patch (vanilla) DSDT should I use iMacPro 1,1 or iMac 18,3 SMBIOS? I have i5 8600K processor and RX560 card.
