How to Create an Audio Codec Dump with Clover Bootloader

This guide explains how to create an audio codec dump using Clover Bootloader.

Requirements

You must already have the prepared EFI folder installed or copied to your EFI partition.

Steps

1. Boot your computer using the prepared EFI folder with Clover Bootloader.

2. When you reach the Clover boot screen, do not boot macOS.

3. Press the F8 key on your keyboard. You don't need boot to macOS!

4. Clover will create a codec/audio dump automatically.

5. Open your EFI partition.

6. Go to the Clover folder:

   EFI/CLOVER/

7. Inside the Clover folder, look for a folder named:

   misc

8. Compress the entire misc folder into a .zip file.

9. Send me the zipped misc folder.

Important Notes

• The F8 key must be pressed at the Clover boot screen, before booting macOS.

• Do not rename or modify the files created inside the misc folder.

• Send the complete misc folder exactly as Clover created it.

• If the misc folder was not created, reboot and try pressing F8 again at the Clover boot screen.

I am sorry , iam booting from opencore, is there any alternative steps?

U just need one usb boot with this efi folder and press f8, dont need boot to macOS.
