icecold Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 After I upgraded Yosemite 10.10, from a successful installed USB, as explained here >>>http://Olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=5009 I wasn't able to connect to any streaming services such as You Tube, Netflix etc, It's not my router because i am able to connect using Lion on the same rig, installed on another hard disk. I did a direct upgrade from the Apple Store. Yosemite 10.10 had glitches but worked, I mean it video became frozen for a few seconds while audio was still playing fine, but that was all, since the upgrade, it fails to connect ... I'm clueless, I thought it might be a permissions problem so I used kext wizard to fix all my kexts, but same errors.
icecold Posted January 25, 2017 Author Posted January 25, 2017 Well I solved this! The problem was the wrong AppleIntelE1000e.kext I found another one online and it worked! BTW FYI my Intel Chipset uses the 82567LF for the Gigabit Network although is recognized a 100Mbps instead of 1Gbit
