USB install help

Hi I am trying to install Tahoe on a separate drive ,I already have Sequoia and I don't want to touch it.

I downloaded the raw image from here of tahoe 26.4 and burnt it to usb using Balenaetcher.

When I boot the usb it stops at a certain point,should I use the efi from here of coffee lake ?

It stops at a bunch of powerstate entries and just locks there.

What could be the problem?
