Toni Sirkiä Posted January 30 Posted January 30 OK ... Try to keep it as simple, as I can ... Acer Aspire 7720Z - Laptop ; Mountain Lion installed on an external USB - hard-drive, because Disk Util's not detecting my internal SATA HDD (formatted as GPT, Mac OS X Extended) . When I installed the OS, the SATA drive was there, but I could not make any changes to it (I had to remove it from the laptop, and use an external SATA - USB enclosure / dock to format it) . Now, as Mountain Lion is installed on this external USB - drive I'd like to clone it to the internal drive, but the internal SATA - drive's nowhere to be found . Please HELP me OUT . (): / Toni .
