Todor Stavrev Posted November 22, 2025 Posted November 22, 2025 Hello guys, I am new here and I am trying to build a dual boot hackintosh with OpenCore Simplify on the following configuration , but I get stuck with error logs before the installation can start. Attaching a screenshot. I am trying to install any of the newer versions of MacOS (Sonoma, Sequoia, Tahoe). Here is the process I follow: 1) I format a USB flash drive as GPT , non-bootable and I download a recovery of the MacOS version I want to install. 2) Second I use OpenCore Simplify to create EFI and i follow the steps without making any specific modifications 3) Once this step is complete I use USB TOOL box to map the usb ports and I generate UTBMAP folder which I add to the EFI 4) Open the config.list in EFI folder with OCAuxiliary Tools , I update to latest open core and than I manually add the UTBmap folder click save 5) I make the necessary BIOS settings and boot from the usb flash drive 6) I am redirected to a screen to choose between Windows and MacOS and I select MacOS 7) I wait for a while and some logs start to load, than I am stuck on the following lines. Here are the log errors : "USBToolBox: EHC1: Failed to obtain via matching in probe, will try during start USBToolBox: EHC2: Failed to obtain via matching in probe, will try during start USBToolBox: XHCI : Failed to obtain via matching in probe, will try during start Please help me resolve this issue. I will very much appreciate your help email: todor.sst@gmail.com error logs.zip
