System specs:

  • HP EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF

  • Intel i7-8700 (Coffee Lake)

  • Intel UHD630 iGPU

  • SMBIOS: iMac20,1

  • Bootloader: OpenCore

  • macOS Tahoe (26.0)

Kexts:

  • Lilu, VirtualSMC, WhateverGreen, AppleALC, RestrictEvents

  • IntelMausi, NVMeFix, USBPorts (generated with USBMap-master )

  • BT/WiFi dongle patches (BlueToolFixup, AirportItlwm, etc.)

ACPI:

  • SSDT-EC.aml

  • SSDT-USBX.aml

The problem: https://ibb.co/nNYzvmZ2

  • In System Report → Hardware → USB, nothing is listed (only “Other Bus” with AppleIntelCNLUSBXHCI):

Other Bus:

  ID de la ubicación: 0x14000000

  Tipo de conexión: Built-in

ID del fabricante de PCI: 0x8086

  ID del dispositivo PCI: 0xa36d

  Revisión del dispositivo PCI: 0x0010

  Driver: AppleIntelCNLUSBXHCI

  • My USBPorts.kext is present in EFI/OC/Kexts and enabled in config.plist, but it does not appear in kmutil showloaded.

  • In IORegistryExplorer, all devices show up correctly under AppleUSBXHCI Root Hub Simulation.

  • In Hackintool, all USB devices are detected.

  • All USB ports actually work (keyboard, mouse, dongles, storage).

Checked:

  • kmutil showloaded | grep -i usb shows AppleUSBXHCI, IOUSBHostFamily and other USB drivers loaded.

  • USBPorts.kext is loaded and mapping is correct.

  • Same hardware worked fine on Sequoia, only Tahoe shows this behavior.

I already tried usbmap.kext, change smbios, change aml,  and got the same result. All the basics are covered. Please any help...

You ran one of the OCLP-mod apps. Likely oclp-r and patched legacy USB I suspect.
You can try to revert using the same app.

Thanks, yes, I used OCPL-Mod to patch my TP-Link USB WiFi adapter following this guide: https://github.com/chris1111/Wireless-USB-Big-Sur-Adapter/blob/master/Usage-macOS-Tahoe.md. The WiFi did work, but it broke hardware/USB functionality, and as a result, my printer wasn't being detected, among other issues (it downloaded the latest KDK which wasn't compatible with mine). Thank you very much, that was the problem and the solution.
