fyodor Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 Hello. I use lion 10.7.1 on my system. Almost everything works. The major problem is that sometimes randomly the whole screen freezes and dont respond any click or keyboard command. Only thing that can move is mouse pointer. I know that the system itself dont freeze. Because i can hear music when that happens. Also these lines was in my kernel log. So please help me Sep 30 14:09:04 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: WaitForStamp: Overflowed waiting for stamp 0x615fec on Main ring: called from Sep 30 14:09:04 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: timestamp = 0x615fe8 Sep 30 14:09:04 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: **** Debug info for apparent hang in Main graphics engine **** Sep 30 14:09:04 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: ring head = 0x67200a64, wrap count = 0x339 Sep 30 14:09:04 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: ring tail = 0x00000d90 ring control = 0x00003001 enabled, auto report disabled, not waiting, semaphore not waiting, length = 0x004 4KB pages Sep 30 14:09:04 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: timestamps = 0x615fe8 Sep 30 14:09:04 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: Semaphore register values: Sep 30 14:09:04 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: VRSYNC: (0x12044) = 0x615fe8 Sep 30 14:09:04 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: BRSYNC: (0x22040) = 0x0 Sep 30 14:09:04 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: RVSYNC: (0x 2040) = 0x0 Sep 30 14:09:04 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: BVSYNC: (0x22044) = 0x0 Sep 30 14:09:04 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: RBSYNC: (0x 2044) = 0x0 Sep 30 14:09:04 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: VBSYNC: (0x12040) = 0x0 Sep 30 14:09:04 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: kIPEHR: 0xfffafafa Sep 30 14:09:04 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: kINSTDONE: 0xffffffff Sep 30 14:09:04 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: kINSTDONE_1: 0xbfffffff Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: WaitForStamp: Overflowed waiting for stamp 0x616015 on Main ring: called from Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: timestamp = 0x615fe8 Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: **** Debug info for apparent hang in Main graphics engine **** Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: ring head = 0x67200a64, wrap count = 0x339 Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: ring tail = 0x00001b20 ring control = 0x00003001 enabled, auto report disabled, not waiting, semaphore not waiting, length = 0x004 4KB pages Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: timestamps = 0x615fe8 Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: Semaphore register values: Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: VRSYNC: (0x12044) = 0x615fe8 Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: BRSYNC: (0x22040) = 0x0 Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: RVSYNC: (0x 2040) = 0x0 Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: BVSYNC: (0x22044) = 0x0 Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: RBSYNC: (0x 2044) = 0x0 Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: VBSYNC: (0x12040) = 0x0 Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: kIPEHR: 0xfffafafa Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: kINSTDONE: 0xffffffff Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: kINSTDONE_1: 0xbfffffff Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: WaitForStamp: Overflowed waiting for stamp 0x615fec on Main ring: called from waiting for blt buffer (3D blt) Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: timestamp = 0x615fe8 Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: **** Debug info for apparent hang in Main graphics engine **** Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: ring head = 0x67200a64, wrap count = 0x339 Sep 30 14:09:14 MYusufs-MacBook-Pro kernel[0]: ring tail = 0x00001b20 ring control = 0x00003001 enabled, auto report disabled, not waiting, semaphore not waiting, length = 0x004 4KB pages By the way my graphics card is intel hd3000. Cassio Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 It may be a bug in video drivers, there are similar reports on real Macs. https://discussions.apple.com/message/15836308#15836308 -Guides and Tutorials HERE -Hackintosh Tutorial Database - HERE -The largest EFI folder collection for Hackintosh HERE -Support Olarila Vanilla Hackintosh by making a donation HERE -Professional Consulting for macOS Hackintosh since 2006 HERE
fyodor Posted October 3, 2011 Author Posted October 3, 2011 I gues it is common bug too. That happens sometimes even in windows when the computer wakes from sleep. Despite two bios update that bug still remains. Firstly I though it was releted with bios but after i install mac now i see it is related with video bios. Thanks for the replies guys. myska Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 I also have this issue especially with 10.7.2. Even though I reinstalled Lion so many times and in different ways, I still have this bug with my graphics. I freezes every 5 sec with the same message as fyodor in log. For now I'm sticking with 10.7.1 as it is the most stable version for me.
