mac OS Sequoia install loop restart

Hi friends help me mac OS Sequoia install my PC, i already 3 months before install olarilla img & use olarilla Efi Successfully but 20 days before my motherboard issues so i replace new same number bord but pc not boot, i try clean install and use old working efi but no luck every time loop restart sometime show desktop sometimes not, bios show 2 entry's opencore and uefi os so many times i changed boot order 1st uefi os when i save & restart same 1st boot opencore i try resetNVRAM but not working, only uefi os boot show desktop, i try working EFI & others EFI & OpCore Simplify tool also update opencore KEXTs via OCAT but same loop restart, i try bios upgrade & Downgrade, multi pull time i try reinstall other imgs but same issues plesss any one help me this, (Sorry for my bad English) my PC Config: Z790m arous elite ax ver.1.1 , ram gskill DDR5 , GPU-asrock 6600 8gb, Samsung 990 pro M.2, WD bule 1tb (both Gen 4.0), PSU-700 Watts
