I'm stuck completing the Tahoe installation

Greetings, I'm new to this forum and just successfully installed macOS Sequoia. However, then the Tahoe update came out and I loved it. I decided to try installing it, and after many, many attempts, I managed to get it to the last step of the installation. But this is where I'm stuck, and it's with the language selector. No matter what language I choose, it acts like it's progressing but then returns to the same spot over and over again. I'm frustrated.

i try this mornin with rx470,but the same problem...stuck at language set...

i try boot MacOS Tahoe on old maschine :

Intel Xeon E3 1230 V3

Asus H81M-R

16GB DDR3 

Amd XFX RX580 4GB

Kingston Furry 120GB

Previosly i have installes MacOS Sequia

All worked
