Would it be possible installing macOS tahoe on a skylake cpu

im trying to install macOS tahoe on my laptop that is supported with sequoia so i thought i can install tahoe but every time i make the bootable USB i get an error and it shows the 🚫symbol how do i fix this issue

it didnt work when i boot in i get to the verbose part then a few seconds later i get the 🚫 error with a link support.apple.com/mac/startup

also my laptop has a Intel HD Graphics 520 iGPU, 12 GB DDR4‑2133 MHz RAM, intel wifi, 512 GB SSD,  Intel Core i5‑6200U
