Hello from Germany

I want to install Big Sur 11.7.10 on a DELL OPTIPLEX 3020 SFF
With an i5 4590 CPU
16GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM
Intel HD 4600 graphics card

I can't even get to the setup stage
The USB stick always stops booting at this point
(IOConsoleUsers: gIOScreenLockState 3,hs 0,bs 0,now 0,sm 0x0)
I copied the correct EFI file for the i5 4th gen to the USB stick
Can anyone help me?

Use -igfxvesa for easy installation.
