My hackintosh tends to freeze at times

Hello,
My hackintosh tends to freeze at times to the point where I have to reboot in the wild.
All applications become very very slow or take a long time to launch, even a simple text editor.
even a simple text editor.
What do you think is causing this?

CM : Gigabyte Z590 Vision D, I9 11900K
Mac OS 12.7.6 avec Clover 5161
Installer sur M.2 (CPU) : Samsung SSD 980 PRO 2TB

I don't have a graphics card at the moment, I use the IGPU.

U need one gpu. IGPU don't work in serie 500 chipset

Sorry for the late reply.

I use a graphics card: Saphire radeon rx 580, Monterey 12.7.6 is installed on ssd nvme samsung and I use kext NVMEfix.kext.

I have the same problem with another configuration :

CPU : i7 4790k, CM : Gigabyte Z97 UD5H, 32 Go de RAM, CG : Saphire Radeon RX 580
Nvme de Western Digital : 1To
