After coming out of sleep, the screen is black

Good afternoon.

I can't figure out how sleep works properly yet.
The system goes to sleep normally, the screen goes out, the CPU cooler stops, the motherboard power LED starts flashing.

But after coming out of sleep, the screen is black. The hardware starts, but the screen does not. Reconnecting the monitor does not give results.

I have attached a couple of screenshots (Photo 1 after an unsuccessful exit from sleep and subsequent restart. Photo 2 at normal load.)...

My hardware: m/b DFI-SD106-Q170, CPU - i3-7300, iGPU - HD 630.
Software: OC 0.9.9. Mac OS 13.6.7

Please tell me what to pay attention to.

Everything worked fine after flashing the modified BIOS and installing the i3-8100. Now sleep is working as expected.
