High Sierra using Gtx 1080 Web Driver Asks for restart but nothing changes

im currently using a i7 6850k broadwell with a gtx 1080 and the display is not going gtx 1080 but a 5mb display driver, im trying to switch to a gtx 1080 web driver but everytime it does it asks for a restart and after restart nothing changes each restart gives me a message AppleKeyStore:11150:361: operation failed

I think you are having a very typical Hackintosh problem: the NVIDIA Web driver is not applied properly because it does not match the OS build.
Advice:
Check the macOS build.
Install the correct NVIDIA Web Driver.
