Tom2345 Posted March 22, 2024 Posted March 22, 2024 Opencore does not appear in the UEFI boot loader, when installed on an internal ssd, only when installed on an external usb stick. ScanPolicy is 0. I copied the EFI from the usb stick to the ssd EFI partition created by Disk Utility. What could be the problem? How can I fix that?

Tom2345 Posted November 1, 2024 Author Posted November 1, 2024 Ah, I found the culprit. The mainboard is an AORUS Z390 MASTER. Windows put it's boot loader into the OpenCore EFI folder of the macOS drive. That was confusing the UEFI. After moving the Windows boot loader to the Windows SSD, the UEFI recognized both EFIs. 1
