Help with Thinkpad T14 Gen 1

Dear Community,

I have Hackintosh (Sonoma 14.3) booted normally with iGPU support,  but two issues i have:

1- if the computer went to sleep i am not able to wake it up i have to hard reset, but if i put it in sleep it works normally.

2- after working for some time the computer start to slow a bit however there are no process consuming the CPU/GPU or the rams.

i tried to patch it with SSDTTimer but with no luck even i tried to Patch with Iasl but there are some error during patching 

PC Specs:

Thinkpad T14 Gen 1

CPU: 10510U

GPU: Intel UHD 630
