Need help building best possible Hackintosh

Greeting, 

I am building Hackintosh using Opencore Sonoma, but I have a few issues. 1. wifi doesent work. 2. Graphis looks choppy ( I am using 2 X 35inch WQHD monitors) 3. The sidecar doesn't work. 4. Airdrop doesn't work. 5. USB ports are not correctly mapped. 6. Audio works but cannot be controlled from the keyboard. 

I tried to fix the Wi-Fi with the Opencore Mordern wireless patch, but every time I did that, the system failed to reboot and got stuck on an ACPI error. 

Configuration:

Gigabyte Z370 AROUS wifi gaming motherboard

Intel i3 8100

AMD Sapphire RX570 8 GB

Fenvi T919 - BCM94360CD

32 GB DDR4 2133 MHZ

NVME boot drive.

 

Can you please provide proper EFI folder?

-Last Bios UEFI Version
-Delete old EFI folder and paste new. Don't use merge files
-Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. Use Copy/Paste instead
-Reset NVRAM one time - with OpenCore use entry "Reset Nvram" / with Clover use F11 key on boot screen

After copying the EFI folder and NVRam reset, I used OCLP to patch. After the reboot I got stuck at “AMF1: '/System/Library/PrivateFraneworks/I080211.framework/Versions/R/I080211*: local signing public key not initialized

I had same issue before too. I tried many times but every time I use OCLP, I get stuck on the same error.

Sonoma 14.3?

Latest version of OCLP and 14.3 

I manually restarted and it is stuck at start:512: successfully initialized AHCI controller

Bios/uefi in full default just csm disable?

So I was able to resolve that issue. It happened due to an issue with UEFI boot, but now I am back on again, but can you guide me on how to save IOREG? 

Volume control still doesn't work from the keyboard.
