Help post installation for a previous compatible hackintosh

Hi there, my hackintosh runs a 99% perfect Catalina macOS, I'm trying to update to Ventura (cause Sonoma could be a bit tricky for my hardware).
I have installed Ventura without any particular problem thanks to the EFI provided by Maldon for CoffeeLake cpu, but I'm struggling with the post installation for the gpu, usb ports and the proper DSDT/SSDT + config.plist.
I'm trying to use the compiled and working config + kexts I was using on Catalina, but it doesn't work.
My hardware is:
-Intel i3 8100

-gpu Zotac nvidia GTX 780 amp! edit

-mobo Asus PRIME B360M-A

I've attached the partial EFI folder I was using on Catalina, I guess it is a good starting point

  • Done and injected new kexts with a clean snapshot into OC, so now I can boot without usb drive and the usb ports are working.
  • I have used GenSMBIOS to generate the proper SMBIOS for my hardware (it's spoofing an iMac 19,1) also
  • I'm using precompiled SSDT for CoffeeLake hardware

So I'm still facing issues with:

  1. gpu (tried several things by my own but none of them worked)
  2. iMessage/FaceTime (so nvram or any emulated one)
  3. hide unnecessary entries in the boot loader menu

I've attached some screenshots + partial OC folder
