Or is Big Sur or Monterry better for this combination? If it is compatible, which is better to choose, OpenCore or Clover? Thank you.

Natively, what would be the ideal OSX for this Hardware? It doesn't matter if the IGPU does not work on OSX Ventura, if only that is lost with this Hardware. Thank you.
