Thanks MaLd0n,

I Used the DSDT file - All seems fine for now.  One of the issues I was having is that the error would pop up in "Crash Reports" about "bluetoothd"

The error would show about 20 times and then stop. when it stopped, USB failed.  System would still work just fine, I wouldn't have any KB or Mouse control. I would tried to stop/start the service, I tried plugging into different ports. I tried remapping the ports, deleting, formatting and starting over.... It would keep showing back up. even with none of the USB devices plugged in, internal/external.

I tried a few different EFI Versions and seems to have stopped the error from coming up as before the longest I would go is about 9 hours before USB died.

One thing I have noticed is that the bluetooth controller does not show up in Hackintool.  Bluetooth works fine, to include handoff with my other mac here in the office. I would use Teamview when the system would drop USB to login and close everything out and reboot.

Hoping this new EFI will take care of this issue once and for all as I feel like USB was never mapped correctly...

Just generate one SSDT-UIAC with hackintool and set Bluetooth port to Internal. Don't need remap port, just set connectors.

I have done this before and I think it is part of my confusion... in the attached screenshot you can see HS09 is marked as "Case Top Left" If I plug a USB2 device into that port, HS09 lights up Green in Hackintool.  If I plug a USB3 device into the same port, SS09 lights up. Does this mean that SS09 should be marked internal? or?

I have completed this task, if you have time (this morning, not sure of your timezone), I would like to WhatsApp / TeamView so that you can see the odd behavior as I am seeing it.

IE: USB2 devices will not work in any USB3 port. and Bluetooth Controller shows in System report but not in Hackintool.

No reported crashes with bluetoothd like before though it was random so it may still happen
