peckamal Posted May 21, 2023 Posted May 21, 2023 Hello, I managed to install Monterey on my dell optiplex 7050 PC, it works fine in the GPU mode, but the only thing that doesn't work is the Audio codec is alc3234, I've already gone through a lot of forums but I didn't find a solution anywhere, maybe you can give me some advice here

The ALC3234 codec is a proprietary Realtek chip, and Apple's support for Realtek codecs can vary across different macOS versions and hardware configurations. Edited December 27, 2023 by Haverstind
