Hello MaLd0n,

I’m running Catalina and Clover. I have i7-7700k processor (kaby lake?) on Z270 Asus Tuf 1 mobo and RX580 GPU. Everything works except I cannot install apple security updates and I cannot control my fans. Some people say to set fan speed in bios but it doesn’t work.

I have a previous Mojave install which I can control fans easily with app ‘Macs Fan Control’. Thanks very much.

-Delete old EFI folder and paste new. Don't use merge files
-Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. Use Copy/Paste instead
-Reset NVRAM one time - with OpenCore use entry "Reset Nvram" / with Clover use F11 key on boot screen

Hi, I decided to re-install. I followed your instructions above but still got no fan control or ability to install security updates.

I used your vanilla image but didn't get far. It appeared to install for a while, the status bar got to the end then it rebooted and I get this in the pic below.

Do you have any images for 200 chipsets?

Thanks.
