SysAdminPgh Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 Alienware M17 R4 laptop (Dell) Intel i7-10870H @ 2.20 (Comet Lake) 16 GBtyes DDR4 Ram Intel UHD Graphics Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU WD 500 GB NVMe I get to this spot and that's it. It just keeps rebooting to the exact same spot. I'm not sure how to move forward with this. Any suggestions? Thanks!! IMG_0595.jpg.zip

Don't use merge files -Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. SysAdminPgh Posted February 8, 2023 Author Posted February 8, 2023 Just looked at this laptop's specs and for USB it lists 2 USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports 1 USB 3.2 Gen 1 port with PowerShare 1 Thunderbolt 3(USB Type-C) port with Power Delivery I did all the rest of your suggestions. Any suggestions on the USB?
