Hello, I am using dell 3542 laptop. When I give the shutdown command, the laptop shuts down, but the second ssd light that is plugged into the fan and dvd slot stays on. The laptop does not turn off completely and I turn it off with the power button. Can you show me a way?

I am also attaching the config file of the system. There are 2 ssds in the laptop, one has windows 11 and the other has ventura. Before Ventura, the closure problem continued in Big Sur as well.
