Why am I getting a device enrollment notification from "District of Columbia Public Schools"?

Could this be something to do with my specific SMBIOS (I will share more specs if necessary)? The notification says "District of Columbia Public Schools can automatically configure your Mac" and pops up a few times per day. Anyone know how to disable this? And/or why it's happening?
