Hello everyone, I installed Monterey 12.6 on HP ProDesk 600 G6 ?

Dortania method with OpenCore 0.8.5 and .kext form Olarila (Thanks again to @MaLd0n) for perfect EFI folder ❤️

macOS Ventura update works, just update the kext to alpha or beta and it's works.
For AX201, remove it and find a AX200 to replace. It's working perfectly with airportitlwm.kext 2.2.0 alpha version ;)

Want to find a Intel Core i7 10700T for replace the i5.

Hey there.

First of all, great job on running BigSur on this.

I have recently purchased one too, but with an i7 10700T processor included.

I was planning on getting Ventura or even Sonoma.

Given our processor variant, is there anything that would I need to change from your EFI to make it work with my i7 variant?

Apart from that, I believe Ventura requires some specific changes from BigSur, but I can't remember which ones (I have already made them on two other devices I own [SP4 and Acer NITRO 5] and no longer have the BigSur EFIs.

Would you be willing to shed some light on this issue?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Bruno.

Hello,

no changes required for your CPU
Ventura don't needs any change, just use the EFI and update de kext.

For now, I test it with Sonoma, all works for now. Just the WiFi is disabled and I don't find anything about it on Sonoma.

Hey I tried this and it's not working. All I get is a blank screen. I used your EFI from your Google drives EFI.zip. I extracted it then placed it in the EFI partition and it boots. When I select Install Monterey it starts to load and then it goes black. It's booting and even goes to sleep so it on. The screen is just black. I am using a Display port to HDMI adaptor because this machine only has Display ports so the EFI should already be configured for this. How did you get it working?

I noticed the DP to HDMI adapter does not work. It starts up and then goes completely black. If you have the ability to use DP to DP monitor it will work.

With that said, my system gets about 85% through the install and then goes into a boot loop. I'm curious what BIOS version people have had success with as it appears it could be something related to this.
