Hi, I have the same Dell Latitude 3301 and was able to get Big Sur running with the EFI folder provided here. I only changed the serial number in the config.plist and added the Intel wireless itlwm v.2.1.0 kext to get the wireless working. The trackpad and clicker worked with the provided EFI folder. Once I updated all the EFI folder files to the latest versions with OC Auxiliary Tools. The upgrade to Ventura from inside macOS went smoothly. Everything still worked except for the Intel wireless card. I updated the itlwm kext for the card to the latest v.2.2.0 alpha and it started working. I have noticed that when the laptop boots or comes out of sleep, the wireless sometimes doesn't connect right away but this is an alpha kext.

I used MountEFI to mount the EFI folder. OC Auxiliary Tools for editing the plist and updating all the EFI files to the latest versions before I upgraded to Ventura. GenSMBIOS-master to get a new serial.

The only issue I have is that the audio device doesn't show up so I don't have sound. I've tried different kexts but can't get it to work. I could use some help if someone knows how to fix it.

I hadn't used it before but I noticed that Bluetooth also doesn't work.
