Hello all, i'm new with MAC OS (Mountain Lion) I have tried to install it yesterday using Mac OS X 10.8.5 Mountain Lion bootable USB for Intel PCs

Look like everything work fine at the installation, after the installation the pc reboot and I see a black screen like this

Default boot loader is Clover

Can you guys help me ?

 

CPU: Intel® Core i7

for the first boot after install you have to use the USB again

 

Wait for the installation to finish and restart.

- Boot the USB drive, then choose to boot the HD you just installed OS X (not the installer USB again).

Nice, I can actually boot it from the USB, but my mouse is not working anymore, was working on the installation.

How I can fix that ? also where do I need to go to make it bootable from the HDD ?

No idea. If it works during install it should work in the system.

To boot from HD follow post instal link. Basic instructions are also in the install link.

I remember the first time I launched the installer, the mouse was not working but the second times, it was working...

I have a Logitech USB Mouse.

It's working fine @ Windows :/

I have installed some kext to fix my sound and when I boot it, it crash at sound.. how I can go on OSX and how I can remove the kext ?

You can boot the installer, open terminal (utilities menu) and remove from there

rm -r /Volumes/"volume name"/System/Library/Extensions/"kext name".kext

If name contains spaces put \ in front of them (/Volumes/Mac\ OS\ X/...)

How I can know which kexts is crashing at boot ?

I don't know it's weird, I can boot it via the USB but when I boot it via the HDD directly, it crash after AppleNetwork..

is there a way to find out where exactly it crash?

It should appear on screen if you boot verbose (-v in boot args).

I fixed it but now I want to install Clover to boot on my HDD directly, where do I need to put the config file ?

You need to read the documentation. I won't answer questions that you can solve with a 5 minutes reading.

Well, I formated again and installed Chimera, it works fine but I want to know if I can update from Mountain Lion to Maverick from Apps Store ?

If I can't how I can do it ? how I can install Clover step by step ?

You can try use Chameleon or Clover.

Chameleon is easier.

You only can update from App Store if you're using real mac or hack with Real EFI bootloader(Clover).

Fake or legacy EFI Bootloader(Chameleon....) doesn't work.
