New hp laptop: Dv7-6135dx

First all i would like to say thank you for all the support you do. Many people live busy lives and you taking the time out to help is much appreciated.

I have a new laptop an HP Dv7-6135dx. I cannot find anything on it. I have successfully installed Snow Leopard but nothing is working on my laptop. I cant use your auto patcher because i have no internet connection. The laptop specs are:
